    What We Offer

    Key Objectives Choose Us

    Key specific Objectives for 2023-2030

By 2030, being thoughtful of AAIN’s role and power alongside others – and working openly and collaboratively with global, national, local, and community-level institutions – we will contribute to job creation, employment and wealth creation for progress towards the 8th SDGs –Promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all. We shall achieve our goal through:

Creation of strategic partnerships and collaboration with International, national and local institutions. Our strategic partnerships are designed to harness and nurture a broad range of alliances with multilateral, technical and private organizations to catalyse job, employment and wealth creation in Uganda.

Promote Social innovation in Uganda to generate economic development that benefits as many people as possible, the digital sector must conserve all of its innovation potential – especially prevalent among the young people and women.

Youth Engagement and Employment in Agriculture and Food Systems and informal sector – we shall focus on implementing youth-led initiatives that increase the employability of youth in agriculture and food systems and informal sector through actions across rural and urban areas, and across public and private sector and civil society, as a key feature of the enabling job and employment creation. This will be achieved through culturally-appropriate and relevant skills development and apprenticeship, mentorship programming, entrepreneurship coaching and business incubation.

AAIN in Uganda will aim to promote an inclusive digital financing based on partnerships and opportunities that will cater for the youth, SMEs and farmers.
