Ready to join AAIN?
The Members
AAIN is a membership-based organization that allows incubators, accelerators, research organizations, private sector, financial institutions, enterprise support organizations, academic, technical and vocational education and training institutions and professionals to become members in exchange for access to its community of agribusiness actors and agribusiness development related services.
The Community of Practice
Being a membership organization offers AAIN a unique opportunity of bringing together organizations, professionals and other actors involved in the agriculture and agribusiness development to form a community of practice for the purposes of delving into the needs and wants of the members to enable AAIN to provide services directed at meeting these expressed areas of demand. This community of practice is also a useful avenue for receiving feedback on the services offered by AAIN.
Types of Membership
AAIN members are classified as Ordinary members (those that initiated, registered and continue to meet obligations of AAIN), Associate members and Honorary members including institutions or professionals. Any other form of membership is referred to as honorary membership as determined by AAIN secretariat and approved by the board.
