He has extensive knowledge of Sales, Marketing and operations having worked at Bata Shoe Company Uganda limited, a leading retailer and distributor of footwear in Uganda for over 16 years heading both Retail and Non – Retail Sales Divisions. He has an immense experience in managing branch operations, setting up business operations and expansion, sales management, team building, customer service and negotiations. He has previously worked with Excel Hort Consult Agribusiness Incubator as a Regional Manager for Eastern Uganda managing operations in 7 districts and championing the agribusiness agenda in the region. In promoting the value chains of maize, beans, cassava, ground nuts and rice, he and the team worked with the small holder farmers in ensuring improved livelihoods and income security through the establishment of commercial farmer cooperatives, promotion of farming as a business using access to market model, creating linkages to access finance, markets, inputs and capacity building.
